A matter of courses

We’re pleased to announce that Simon Everett has been awarded a prime contract with the Department of State to coordinate area studies courses at the Foreign Service Institute. More specifically, we now design and deliver the India course, which gives diplomats an intensive primer on this dynamic country before they arrive at their posts. Leading our course is Ambassador E. Ashley Wills, who offers intimate, first-hand insights on South Asia and the US-India relationship. Among the many distinguished positions he held during his 34 years as a Foreign Service Officer, Ambassador Wills was the leading American diplomat in Sri Lanka and the Maldives and the Deputy Chief of Mission in New Delhi. Through a series of interactive discussions, Ambassador Wills and a cadre of leading regional experts cover all things India - including its politics, economics, cultures, environment, and security. We have already completed the first iteration of our course, and we’re looking forward to continuing our support to the State Department.
